I have been tutoring student in Middle/High School level for 10+ years. As an undergraduate, I was a Government and International Studies Major, and then went on to study International Relations in Graduate School, with a specialization in International Organizations and Peacekeeping. I then received dual teaching certifications in Social Studies, grades 7-12 and Special Education, grades 7-12. I am a huge proponent of higher education and its importance in society, and I enjoy working with students in order to foster their own enthusiasm for education and help them to achieve academic success according to their individual learning styles and needs.

I am a very active person who loves sports and being outside. I travel extensively and participate in many extracurricular activities, including painting, running, soccer, skiing, yoga, soul cycle, etc. I love animals and am a competitive horseback rider. Above all, I love to learn and teach using hands-on and differentiated educational methods!
