I've always liked math and chemical engineering has always been my long-term goal. During my study of chemistry and physics, I realized that math commands limitless applications in both of these subjects and more. Chemistry and physics changed my like of math into a passion. This discovery inspired a deeper appreciation of numbers and equations. At City College of New York, I held a teacher's assistant job while studying, and this position taught me to relish the chance to share facts with eager students. Later on, I took part in one-on-one tutoring which increased my interest in transferring knowledge, which is what I love to do. I teach on a professional level now. As a tutor, I work with people who need help in many mathematical subjects like various levels of algebra and calculus. Some of them are in middle school and need help at that level. I also help prepare for the SAT. In addition to teaching, I practice yoga and play basketball. I keep up with health and fitness in general, and make my home in the Bronx.
