I'd like to be a tutor because I want to give other students the chance for someone to help them in a specific area of study. I didn't have a tutor when I was in middle school or high school and I feel that would have given me an advantage over other students. My favorite subjects are math and history. My scores on the New york State Regents exams in Math A: 95, U.S. History: 97. Global History: 88. I am currently taking Algebra for college students going into pre-calculus for the spring 2009 semester and I am currently also taking U.S. History- Civil War to present day.
